Our membership is open to anyone with experience in the technical or physical trades who is Transgender, non-binary, or otherwise Gender-nonconforming. If you are not yet out, be assured we will protect your privacy. We welcome everyone else as supporters; we need as many of you as possible to help us by signing up below and advocating for accepting gender-nonconforming behaviour in your workplace. Employers and supervisors, please sign up to participate in some of our workplace visibility and intervention projects! We are working towards creating a broad coalition of people who are ready to see these environments change.
